How to Get to Limni from Athens International Airport
Using Google maps, type in Eviali Apartments, Limni 34005 and the map will guide you to our doorstep.
There are two car routes that will bring you to Limni, Evia.
1. The most popular and direct route is via Chalkida and then over the mountain via Prokopi. From the airport there are two toll booths. The first is just after the airport (around €3) and the second a few kilometers from the outskirts of Athens (about €2,50).
2. An alternate route and good for those affected by lots of turns is via Arkitsa and Edipsos. The additional cost of the ferry will depend on the size of the vehicle but expect to pay around €16-20 for the car and about €4 per person (children under 10 are free). Be prepared to pay cash here as the card machines are not always working.
Take the aiport bus X93 from outside the arrivals halls. There is a ticket booth to the right hand side and tickets cost about €6.
The bus has two main stations, make sure to get off at the first station – Liosion (Kato Patissia) station, which services North Evia. From there you will take the bus either to Chalkida (every half hour) or directly to Limni – 3-4 times a day. There is also a bus service from Athens to Aidipsos (via the National Freeway and then the ferry) from which you can either take a taxi or rent a car and enjoy the scenic drive to Limni – half an hour away.

There are two options by ferry.
1. By car to Arkitsa (exit from the National Freeway) and take the ferry to Aidipsos, then travel South for 30 minutes along the coastline to Limni.
2. Take the bus from Athens to Aidipsos (via Arkitsa and the ferryboat). From there you will need to take a taxi or rent a car to come to Limni

What is the easiest way to travel to North Evia?
The best and easiest way to enjoy North Evia is to rent a car. This will give you the freedom to explore magical corners of the island and find your own private beach paradise.
What is available for families/children?
Since we have a child of our own, we know that travelling with children can add a lot of extra luggage. We have many supplies to help families such as children’s cot, small bath tubs (up to 3 years), games, and a swing and trampoline in our garden. Other helpful supplies are available, please email us for any questions you may have.
Do you have parking ?
We do not have undercover parking, but there is almost always street parking next to our building. There is also a large parking lot 50 meters away. During the high season the seafront is closed to traffic in the evenings so being close enough to walk to everything is very convenient.
Note: For cycling clubs and cycling groups we have enough garage space to safely store your bikes during your stay.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included in the room price. If you need us to arrange something for you, please contact us in advance.
How often do you service the rooms ?
As serviced apartments, we offer a sheet change and room tidy every third day for longer stay guests. For guests staying four days, we can do a change on the second day – or just freshen your towels. Just let us know what you prefer.
Trash and toilet paper will be done daily.
What time is check in and check out?
Due to new Covid-19 measures, Check in time is from 3pm.
In some cases, earlier check in may be available but we cannot guarantee it. Please call us beforehand to see if the option is available.
Check out time is 11am.
This is to allow enough time for rooms to be properly ventilated and cleaned before the next guest arrives.
If a later check out is required – then the cost of half the day will apply until 6pm. After 6pm, the full price will apply. However this must be confirmed beforehand with management and is usually only available during the quieter seasons. This is usually not an option during the high season.
Is luggage storage available?
Free luggage storage is available for our guests who have a late departure, early arrival (and the room is not yet available) or for those wanting to do an overnight excursion to Skopelos or Skiathos.
I'm coming for a Wedding / Baptism, do you have someone who can do my nails?
We have a number of talented local nail technicians who can come to do your nails in your room, so you can relax before the event.
Massage therapists can also be arranged and hair appointments too.
Appointments are advised so you don’t miss out.
Do you have Air Conditioning / Heating?
Each room has air conditioning as well as ceiling fans for the Summer months as well as a very efficient heating system (and fluffy duvets) for the Winter. We have been told our rooms are toasty warm in the Winter.
Do you accept pets?
If you would like to bring a pet, please call us first to arrange this as we have certain rooms that are better suited to our furry friends.
We regret however that we do not accept pets for the last two weeks of July or the entire month of August.
