Breakfast Service (optional)
Wake up to breakfast delivered to your room, our “Breakfast in a Box” can be enjoyed on your balcony at a pre-arranged time with your host, Madison.
Served between 7am – 10.30am, pre-book it the day before – (especially for Sundays when stores may not be open), so we can assure you will enjoy:
Freshly brewed Lavazza coffee (milk if required)*
Fresh fruit salad,
Juice of the day
Special of the day (eggs/ yoghurt with muesli bar/oatmeal, etc)
Something from the bakery (baguettes, croissants, koulouri, bougatsa)
Cake
Condiments such as butter, jam, sugar, salt, pepper, etc
*Hot chocolate available for children
We aim to avoid the use of plastic except in the case of hygienic safety to cover the food and beverages.
Cost is €7 per person/per day and can be ordered one day, every day, whatever suits our guests.
“Breakfast in a Bag” is also available for anyone with early departures,
an early work day or anyone heading on an excursion.
An example is shown below.
Cost is 6 euro per person/ per bag.

Families and children
Children are always welcome at Eviali Apartments.
Since we have a child of our own and like to travel, we know that we don’t want to have to bring everything with us.
We have the following available for families.
- Fold out pack and play (πάπρκο κρέβατο)
- Small bath tubs (infant and toddler)
- Safety electric socket protectors
- Games and puzzles
- Trampoline
- Special children’s Plates /Cups, etc
We also have other things available like a stroller system, etc for those that don’t want to bring one with them. Just email us your needs and we will let you know what we can do.

There is a pediatrician’s office 50 meters from Eviali Apartments, as well as a pharmacy 40 meters from us.
Booking Terms and Conditions
For those not wanting to book online, we can accept bookings over the phone with deposit paid into our bank account. Deposits are required for a Summer booking.
We will require an email for this in order to send the booking verification and well as send banking information.
We have Eurobank, Piraeus, National Bank of Greece and Paypal.
Please note: In the case where payment is made from a bank not listed (eg: Alphabank, etc), all bank transfer fees are to assumed by the person making the deposit.
Προσοχή: Σε περίπτωση που η πληρωμή πραγματοποιείται από τράπεζα που δεν αναφέρεται (π.χ. Alphabank, κ.λπ.), όλα τα τραπεζικά έξοδα αναλαμβάνονται από το άτομο που πραγματοποιεί την κατάθεση.
Cancellation and Booking Policy:
Ακυρώσεις και πολιτική κρατήσεων:
In order to reserve a room, a deposit of 100 euro is required, unless the total booking is less than 100 euro, in which case, full prepayment is required.
If a reservation is cancelled:
• 10 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor, the prepayment will be fully refunded less a 3% Paypal / banking transfer processing fee. (For example, if your full amount is 100 Euro, you will receive back 97 Euro).
• 4-9 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.
• 3 days or less prior to the arrival date, the prepayment will not be refunded.
• Day of check-in cancellations or no shows will not be refunded.
• Early departures during High Season will be charged 50% of remaining booking value.
Για να κλείσετε ένα δωμάτιο απαιτείται η κατάθεση του ποσού των 100 ευρώ, εκτός αν το συνολικό ποσό είναι χαμηλότερο. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση καταθέτετε ολόκληρο το ποσό.
Αν κάποια κράτηση ακυρωθεί:
– (Δέκα) 10 ή περισσότερες ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης του επισκέπτη, η προκαταβολή θα αποδίδεται εως το 97%. Το 3% της προκαταβολής θα παρακρατείται.
– Από (τέσσερες) 4 έως (εννέα) 9 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης του επισκέπτη, το 50% της προκραταβολής θα πρέπει να επιστρέφεται.
– Αν ακυρώσετε την ημέρα του check-in ή δεν εμφανιστείτε, δεν γίνονται επιστροφές. – Οι προώρτες αναχωρήσεις κατά την Υψηλή Περίοδο θα χρεώνονται με 50% της υπόλοιπης αξίας της κράτησης.
